Patria Typewriter 1951

This is from the genre of typewriters some aficionados are now calling "super-portable". This Patria, from 1951, has great "presence" with its gloss black finish and gentle curves. It is a very strong technical design but has a very light feel. It comes from a Spanish family residing on the Mediterranean coast, not far from Taragona.
This is a fully-working typewriter; it has been fully refurbished by Acme. It comes with the "Acme" lead certification seal attached to the typewriter which permanently identifies it as a genuine Acme-restored typewriter and provides for a one-year warranty. Details:
The chrome parts are uncorroded.
The typing keys have some signs of use.
Both platen roller knobs are solid and clean.
The body finish is uniform in colour with minimal scratching and paint damage.
The platen rubber is perfect: clean, soft and smooth. 
Platen hardness measures ~90 on durometer with 85-95 being ideal.
All mechanisms have been tested and adjusted and work correctly.
New ribbon, installed on two vintage metal ribbon spools.
The keyboard is a Spanish QWERTY keyboard.
The typeface is Pica (10 cpi).
The case/cover is in beautiful condition both inside and out. The colour is uniform and unfaded. The base plate has a "ding" in it but this does not mar either the solidity or the aesthetics..
