Triumph Durabel Typewriter with case (1955)

This is a clean and perfectly working 1955 TRIUMPH Durabel portable typewriter with a QWERTY keyboard. It is in Bronze colour with brown keys. This is from our "Artists & Students" line of super-affordable typewriters. It has some "chipping" on the top end of four of the typing keys. (I have never seen this before.) This does not effect the operations or the typing in any way.
You may think that it is missing the left-side carriage knob, but it is not. This is how the typewriter was designed. The platen is smooth and clean and the rubber feet are in very fine condition. This typewriter will serve you well for many years to come.
Durabels are highly dependable, compact and, mechanically, very fine typing machines. 
The typeface is PICA (10 cpi) and it comes with a new ribbon so that it is ready to use. All Triumph logos and applied markings are in top shape.
This typewriter has a lovely, solid "touch", good speed and smooth feel combined with precision German engineering. Overall, it is a beautiful looking and perfectly working machine. 
This fine TRIUMPH Durabel comes with its original case, in fine, solid condition, although it has some scuffs and scrapes.
