It has been fully cleaned, serviced, aligned and adjusted. It has a new two-colour ribbon and comes with a carrying case in excellent condition and a Remington branded dust-cover.

This is a fully-working--as original--typewriter. The only thing that you have to do is sit down, put paper on the roller and start typing. It comes with the Acme seal and a full mechanical warranty for 6 months. We provide careful and attentive after-purchase advice and assistance from the date of purchase to the end of eternity to ensure your full satisfaction.

There is not a lot written or known about the Cicero model Remington typewriter. It is, effectively, a Torpedo, Model 30, typewriter. Therefore, it was almost certainly made during the same period when Remington and Torpedo were working together to produce the Remington (Torpedo) Senior-Riter.

The Cicero is a lightweight typewriter with basket shift. It is a nice little typewriter with a lovely typeface.

The colour on this typewriter is a metallic gray with rich, plum-coloured keys. It is a very handsome combination. All of this is original to the manufacture of this typewriter. The shift on this typewriter is a basket shift.

The platen roller is in good condition as are the paper feeder rollers and the rubber feet. The chrome is bright and uncorroded. The metallic finish is in fine condition with only a few scratches on the left side of the ribbon cover and some light paint loss on the upper back panels. None of these blemishes are easy to see. there is some light scratching on a couple of the keytops from fingernails

The keyboard is the standard English language QWERTY with accents for foreign languages. The typeface is a striking Congress Pica. It comes with a new bi-colour ribbon.

Comes with the original case which, too, is in good condition inside and outside. Some of the stitching has come undone but the zipper is in good condition and the case is solid. The original handle is missing but has been replaced.
Also comes with a Remington-branded dust-cover in excellent condition.
