SORRY, SOLD! 1958 Rheinmetall KsT Typewriter

In like-new condition, this gorgeous Rheinmetall KsT typewriter is both an exceptionally fine design but also a wonderful "typer".  Rheinmetall is known by typewriter enthusiasts to be a very high-quality typing machine with a lovely touch. The body colour finish is completely original. This typewriter has been well-protected and very well cared-for during its lifetime and is in perfect working condition.  It has a lovely mid-century design, which makes it a very stylish typewriter indeed. We have outfitted this KsT with a new ribbon so you can start typing immediately. It comes with a lovely case in fine condition, the original Rheinmetall cleaning brushes, polishing cloth and User Manual.
Like all of our typewriters this is a fully-working typewriter. It comes with the "Acme" lead certification seal attached to the typewriter which permanently identifies it as a genuine Acme-restored typewriter and provides for a one year warranty. Mechanically this typewriter is in perfect working condition. All systems have been checked and adjusted or aligned as necessary. It has been thoroughly cleaned and properly lubricated for years of service.All the chrome is unblemished and uncorroded. The keytops are in excellent condition without any signs of fingernail scratching or any other damage. Everything works as it should and as originally designed. The paint finish is original and has not been over- or re-painted.
This typewriter has a very nice and soft typing "touch". This is a Model KsT and therefore has the tabulator system.  
The keyboard is standard QWERTY. This is the original keyboard and has not been changed from the german QWERTZ keyboard as many of these are. The typeface is Elite (12 c.p.i.) and is a very nice, elegant font. The platen roller is smooth, clean and soft. The Paper Feeder Rollers are new-like and soft. The Feet are new-like and soft.
It comes with the original case which is in fine condition inside and outside. There are a couple of very minor blemishes on the outside of the case and the edges of the handle show some wear. The interior has minor marks where the typewriter feet have sat for decades and some small marks of usage and wear.
