SORRY, SOLD! 1965 Hermes Baby Typewriter — The Classic Portable

Hermes is one of the most renowned brands and models of typewriter ever made, and this is a nice example of the "Baby" model, also known as the "Rocket", from 1965. This is the perfect portable typing machine, weighing only ~3.6kg/8 lbs! This typewriter is in very nice condition, mechanically and cosmetically, and has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, adjusted and aligned. It is a typing machine that is ready to work for another 60 years of typing service. And with its brilliant Hermes engineering, it does that with elegance, smoothness and solidity.
The keyboard is a QWERTY keyboard, with keys for other European languages, and has a typeface of Hermes Elite (11 cpi). It has been fitted with a new ribbon so you can start typing immediately.  The typewriter is in fine overall condition, having been professionally reconditioned, so it works perfectly. The platen is smooth and clean and the platen knobs are in fine, solid condition. The chrome is in perfect condition. There are a couple of small dents on the back panel. The case/cover is overall in excellent condition.
