This wonderfully fresh looking two-tone green typewriter is an American re-working of the well-known Olivetti Valentine and Dora typewriters. The shell is essentially the same as the Olivetti Dora and the mechanics are essentially the same as the famous Olivetti Valentine (an industrial design icon, held in many museum collections.) It is a fine typer's typewriter, with a nice balance and a soft "action". One of the great things, to me, about the typewriter is the great 1960s/1970s look of it. The green and white combination gives it a liveliness and lightness that are attractive and charming.

In excellent cosmetic condition and working perfectly. The original colour is uniform everywhere on the typewriter and the finish is virtually unblemished. The keytops are unscratched and the platen is clean, smooth and has a hardness measurement of ~92 (between 85 and 95 is considered ideal). The paper feed rollers and the rubber feet are in excellent condition. The case is also in good condition however with a repair to the hinge area. Nonetheless, the case carries and protects the typewriter without problem. 
Mechanically it is in perfect working condition. It has been fully cleaned, adjusted, aligned and lubricated for years of future use.
Cosmetically it is in nearly perfect condition with the exception of some wear around the carriage knobs (See photos). Other than that it is flawless.
The typeface is a beautiful Elite size with 12 characters to the inch. The keyboard is original QWERTY. It comes, of course, with a new ribbon so you can start typing immediately.
