SORRY, SOLD! 1975 Olympia Traveller de Luxe Typewriter

We are pleased to offer this beautiful OLYMPIA Traveller de Luxe typewriter, manufactured in 1975. This typewriter has a nice typing action and feel and is a lovely typewriter upon which to type--letters, books, poems, plays, whatever! It is in superb condition overall and has been serviced, aligned and adjusted. It has a new ribbon and comes with a hard case, also in excellent condition.
This is an extraordinary typewriter with a bold look. For many, Olympia typewriters are considered to be the "gold standard" for mid-century typewriters. The company produced typewriters among the most well-engineered, solid, durable and usable that were ever manufactured. This one is one of the best maintained Travellers that I have seen in a very long time and seems to have been little used.
Like all of our typewriters this is a fully-working typewriter. It comes with the "Acme" lead certification seal attached to the typewriter which permanently identifies it as a genuine Acme-restored typewriter and provides for a one year warranty. We guarantee safe delivery and provide careful and attentive after-purchase advice and assistance from the date of purchase to the end of eternity to ensure your full satisfaction. The keyboard is English standard QWERTY with extra keys for Spanish and other European languages. The typeface is a beautiful Olympia Pica with 10 characters per inch. As noted, it comes with a new Acme Signature blue ribbon.
There are few signs of age or use. The colour is original and is uniform--including the white--despite what you might see in the photos due to my very poor skills as a photographer.
This typewriter comes with the original case which is in excellent condition except for a hairline crack on the back corner which does not affect its use or beauty.
